No. The 22% OFF is applicable only to the newly arrived Qulik Lights. The previous Qulik Light Collection is already available at discounts of up to 50% OFF.

Yes. Delivery within Dhaka is completely FREE.

For deliveries outside Dhaka, a BDT 200 delivery charge will apply.

Yes. Customers outside Dhaka are required to make a BDT 500 advance payment to confirm their order.

The BDT 500 advance payment is non-refundable.

Yes. Customers must receive or collect their products by 30 September 2026.

If a customer wishes to receive or collect the product after the offer period ends, the full product price must be paid in advance within the promotional period.

Customers will have the flexibility to receive or collect their products within a maximum of 7 days after the offer ends, depending on their requirements.

If the customer needs more than 7 days, the matter must be discussed with the Alphaeshop Manager.

Yes. Customers can book a product by making a partial advance payment.

However, if the order is later cancelled, the advance payment will not be refunded.

If a customer cancels an order after making a partial advance payment, the paid amount will be retained as Store Credit.

The customer can use this Store Credit toward the purchase of another product from Alphaeshop in the future.
