  • We ship on regular week days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders

    Refund

    In case of any cancellations of any order(s) due to inevitable circumstances the paid amount would be refunded as the customer's Alphaeshop Ltd account firstly. Customer need to report an issue as refund category and should mention his/her desired refund type(i.e. Bkash/bank) along with details (Bkash personal number, bank account details)

  • If the order gets canceled, then the customer will get refunded with his/her principal amount and will be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
