Durga Puja Offer (FLAT 20% OFF) – FAQ
1. What is the Durga Puja Offer?
During the promotional period, customers can enjoy FLAT 20% OFF on Qulik Fans and selected new Qulik Lights.
2. How long will the Durga Puja Offer be available?
The offer will be valid on 17, 18 and 19 October 2026.
3. Is 20% OFF applicable to all Qulik Lights?
No. The 20% OFF is applicable only to newly arrived Qulik Lights. Selected products from the previous Qulik Light Collection are already available with discounts of up to 50%.
4. Is 20% OFF applicable to Atomberg Fans?
No. During the campaign period, Atomberg Fans will be available with discounts of up to 15%.
5. How can customers place an order?
Customers can enjoy the applicable offer by ordering through any of the following methods:
- Order through the Alphaeshop website
- Order through Message or WhatsApp
- Order by Phone Call
- Purchase directly from an Alphaeshop Showroom
6. Is delivery free?
Delivery is completely FREE within Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, a delivery charge of BDT 200 will apply.
7. Do customers outside Dhaka need to make an advance payment?
Yes. Customers outside Dhaka must make an advance payment of BDT 500 to confirm their order. The BDT 500 advance payment is non-refundable.
8. Do customers need to receive or collect the product before the offer ends?
Yes. Customers should receive or collect their product by 19 October 2026 to enjoy the promotional offer under the standard payment terms.
9. What if a customer wants to receive or collect the product after 19 October?
If a customer wants to receive or collect the product after the offer period ends, the full product amount must be paid in advance within the campaign period.
10. How long after the offer ends can the product be received or collected?
Customers may receive or collect their product within a maximum of 7 days after the campaign ends. If more than 7 days are required, the matter must be discussed with an Alphaeshop Manager.
11. Can a product be booked with a partial advance payment?
Yes. Customers may book a product by making a partial advance payment. However, if the order is later cancelled, the advance payment will not be refunded in cash.
12. What happens if an order is cancelled after making an advance payment?
If a customer cancels an order after making an advance payment, the amount will be kept as Alphaeshop Store Credit. The credit can be used later to purchase another product from Alphaeshop.
13. Can customers receive a Scratch Card gift along with the 20% OFF?
Yes. Customers can enjoy FLAT 20% OFF and also receive the opportunity to win an assured gift through the Scratch Card offer.
14. Can customers get an additional Spin Offer discount with the 20% OFF?
No. After receiving the FLAT 20% OFF, no additional discount from the Spin Offer will be applicable.
