  1. Dial *247# and choose Payment (option 3).
  2. Enter the merchant wallet number shown above.
  3. Enter the amount due in BDT.
  4. Enter your AlphaEshop order number as the reference.
  5. Enter counter number 1.
  6. Confirm with your bKash PIN and wait for the confirmation SMS.
  7. On our website, enter your bKash wallet number and the Transaction ID, then submit.
Please check the reference and amount carefully before confirming. A wrong reference can delay your order.

Bank Transfer

Pay by bank transfer and send us the payment slip. We will confirm your order once the payment is received.

  1. Place your order and select Bank Transfer at checkout.
  2. Contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email to get our bank account details.
  3. Transfer the exact order amount to that account.
  4. Write your order number as the transfer reference.
  5. Send the payment slip or screenshot to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Your order is processed after we confirm the payment. Sending the slip right away helps us confirm faster.

Cash on Delivery

Prefer to pay when your order arrives? Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay our delivery representative when you receive your products.

  1. Place your order and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. Our team will confirm your order by phone or message.
  3. Check your products and pay the delivery representative on delivery.
